The hotel had lovely rooms and provided a delightful surprise for my dad's birthday. The service was exceptional, setting a high standard. The location was excellent, within walking distance of various amenities. The dining experience was top-notch, with a fantastic breakfast selection.

The air conditioner was a lifesaver in the scorching July heat. The location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of all the best spots in Cork. The service was top-notch, with staff who genuinely care about making your stay memorable. The dining experience had its hiccups but was overall enjoyable. A truly wonderful stay with minor flaws to consider.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and inviting with all necessary amenities, but they felt a bit cramped and claustrophobic. The hotel was so gorgeous which we were very impressed with for my Birthday; however, the staff didn't give a damn about our complaints. The location was just wonderful, ideal for us oldies who cannot venture too far but are interested in seeing the sights and visiting shops. The dining was not of the same caliber as the hotel but roadside cafe, with a variety of food.
